The brief

Aone Training is an established training provider health and social care sector. Their training provision was fast-growing, however, the brand didn’t represent what they are.

They had an existing site that was a pre-existing template-based website that wasn’t easily accessible or user friendly for the front-end user to to make changes within the back-end for the marketing team. Digital Content Solutions was approached to develop a new bespoke website with a focus on their unique approach courses and a full rebrand to match the brand with their ambition. 

The solution

We immediately focused our design on the user journey and ensure that the site becomes a genuine lead generation for the business. We wanted to ensure that the website is simple and user friendly however, many training providers within the sector use a top-down approach to their sites with a separate focus on two core areas, one for learners and one for employers. We instead were keen to explore a reverse approach to the website where the focus is on the individual sectors in advance of the ways in which training can be accessed.

Digital Content Solutions took the approach together with five stars to initiate a complete rebrand and modernise the understanding of the brand moving forward. 

The brand was to give the sales function the confidence to sell the brand with all the collateral needed. It was the call for modernisation. 

Focus on the learner

The key change in focus was an approach to the best user experience for the learner and employer. Sectors for learning were shown as collective and individual sources of information. 

This differentiates the website from other competitors within the market and emphasises the options available for the end-user.

Call to actions were imperative in all stages of the website as a source for the user to gain more information wherever possible. 

The attraction is deployed to both user and employer.
